Saint-Lazare Access Card
This card is valid for two (2) years
Resident card
The Access Card for Saint-Lazare residents includes the following advantages:
Free access
- Library
- Leisure and recreation activities offered by the City
- Pool (drop-in swimming)
- Trails at Parc nature les Forestiers-de-Saint-Lazare (skiing)
- Drop-in activities in schools
- Municipal containers (occasional surplus of cardboard and household waste)
Discount on
- Rental of facilities
- Day camp
- Swimming lessons (summer)
Non-resident card
Obtaining an Access Card is a pre-requisite for any non-resident who wishes to take advantage of certain City activities, facilities and services including:
- Swimming lessons ($)
- Day camp ($)
- Library ($)
- Certain events upon reservation
- Access to Parc nature les Forestiers-de-Saint-Lazare (winter $)
New card request or card renewal

- the Library Circulation Desk
- the reception desk at the Service des loisirs et de la vie communautaire
- the reception desk at Parc nature les Forestiers

Processing requests
Please allow a minimum of 2 business days for processing your request. Processing times may vary depending on the volume of requests. Thank you for understanding.
Once your request has been processed, you will receive an email containing a virtual copy of your cards along with instructions on how to access your online file.
Although virtual cards are preferred, a printed version of your card can be obtained at the Library Circulation Desk or at the Service des loisirs et de la vie communautaire.
Renewal notice
A notice of renewal will be emailed to you two weeks before your card’s expiry date.
Required documents
Adult (18 and up)
- Driver’s licence or passport AND
- Municipal tax bill or bill for a public utility service no more than 3 months old (electricity, telephone)
- Photo
Child (under 18)
- Parent’s documents (specified above)
- Child’s birth certificate or report card
- Photo (for children ages 5 and up)
