Online requests

The City can count on an effective online request portal to answer the service requests and questions of the public. 


3-1-1 call center

Evenings, weekends and holidays (only): Dial 3-1-1 to report situations requiring a municipal intervention that cannot wait for offices to reopen for example a watermain break, a sewage backup, a road hazard, etc.


9-1-1 Emergency call centre

When there is an emergency (a situation that endangers the safety of goods and people), the citizens dial 9-1-1 to obtain emergency services (Sûreté du Quebec), Health-Alert (ambulance) and fire stations (fires).
