Bike paths and trails
Safety bollards
Residents who notice a broken safety bollard can notify the City by:
- Providing:
- Their complete contact information
- A brief description of the request
- The specific location where service is required (address, intersection, streets)
- Completing online request (a follow-up number is provided)

Bike paths and trials
Bike paths are regularly maintained by the Public Works team. Certain trails are also cleared of snow to promote active mobility.
Residents who notice an issue on the bike path or trail network can notify the City by:

- Completing an online request (a follow-up number is provided)

For emergencies outside of regular hours of operation, call 311.
Bike path extension
An analysis must be conducted before a bike path can be extended. Moreover, such extensions are generally included as part of a master plan for upgrading recreational facilities. Residents are nonetheless welcome to submit their suggestions to the Leisure and Community Life Department by:
