Ecological Landscaping Contest

The Comité consultatif en environnement (CCE) and Ville de Saint-Lazare invite you to participate in the 3rd edition of the ecological landscaping contest under the theme En harmonie avec la nature.

This theme focuses on the rediscovery and enhancement of existing plant heritage, including trees and undergrowth, as contributors to our environment. The aim is to design landscaping that integrates the trees on your property and encourages their development, or to recreate wooded areas where they have disappeared. The landscaping must feature a harmony of plants (ground cover, plants, shrubs and trees) that are hardy to our environment and that you can find on your walks in the natural surroundings of Saint-Lazare.

If you cherish an existing undergrowth at the front of your property or are thinking of creating one, that's what we're looking for. Not only trees, but also native forest plants contribute to improving our environment.

These nature-inspired landscapes meet a number of objectives they are pesticide-free, require little water, enhance biodiversity and assimilate fallen leaves in the best possible way.

Be part of it and inspire the community by enhancing your landscaping!
