            For all requests, complaints or reports concerning any of the themes concerning the planning department fill out an online request.

            Once you have completed your contact information, select the nature of your request and proceed as directed. A tracking number will be sent to you via email and you can track the status of your request online.

            Online requests are also accessible through the Voilà app on your mobile. Reporting a non-urgent situation to the City is quick and easy!

            Taxes - 2020 Post-dated cheque return request

            At the Special Council Session on May 19, 2020, Council adopted resolution 05-187-20 to allow for the payment of taxes by monthly instalments.

            Property owners who have already sent in their post-dated cheques can either choose to pay instalments as anticipated using these cheques or ask the Town to mail their cheques back to them in one of 2 ways:

            • By completing themselves, no later than Sunday, June 14, a request online (once you filled your coordinates, select Tax account (Taxes and valuation)) under Type of request)
            • By asking live the tax collection clerk to complete for him/her a request online by calling 450-424-8000, extension 221 no later than noon on Friday, June 12.

            Real-estate professionals such as notaries, real-estate agents and appraisers,
            financial institutions, etc., can obtain information about a building for a
            cost. This information includes the data of the valuation information sheet,
            applicable building taxes.

            Citizens can access, free of charge, the database to find out information about
            a property, including its value, the building size, the lot number and roll
            number. Searches can be made using the address, cadastral number or roll number.
