The new Vaudreuil-Soulanges hospital and the regional issue of traffic congestion

The new Vaudreuil-Soulanges hospital will be commissioned in 2026. Located at the junction of Highway 30 and Route 340, it will welcome 3,200 employees and its emergency department will be the 2^nd largest in the Montérégie. All employees, patients and suppliers' vehicles will be added to the already heavy traffic on Route 340 (Cité-des-Jeunes). The elected officials of the MRC of Vaudreuil-Soulanges, as well as stakeholders and citizens are calling for this road to be widened.
