Council meetings

Sessions are held on the 2^nd Tuesday of each month in the Salle du Conseil located on the second floor of Town Hall in hybrid mode (face-to-face and virtual).

To find out when the next meeting is scheduled or to view all recent meetings, visit Agendas and minutes.

The proposed agendas for each meeting are posted at Agendas and minutes on the Friday prior to any meeting, subject to exceptional circumstances.

Broadcast

Each meeting is streamed live on YouTube, from the scheduled start time of a meeting. The recording can be viewed at the same address within 48 hours of the session. 

To optimize the quality of the viewing on YouTube, don't forget to change the settings in the viewing window (small jagged wheel in the lower right corner).

Question period

Residents are invited to submit questions on the day of the meeting in one of two following ways:

1. In person by coming to the microphone during the meeting
   
   
2. By filling out the online form
   Any questions asked in this way will be communicated to the elected officials for follow-up at a council meeting.
