Launch of Saint-Lazare’s 150th Anniversary Festivities

On Wednesday, August 14, the City of Saint-Lazare, represented by Mayor Geneviève Lachance, elected officials and representatives from several departments, attended the press conference of the Comité des fêtes du 150e. Paul Lavigne, president of the committee, shared details of the programming surrounding the festivities which will kick off on August 23 with Festi Ouest and continue until September 2025.

For the occasion, the committee also unveiled a commemorative beer in partnership with Microbrasserie Trois-Lacs. The label was designed by artist Jacinthe Durand, a Saint-Lazare resident who was able to highlight the city's attractions. You'll have the chance to discover this beer, which will be on sale throughout Festi Ouest, taking place from August 23 to 25, 2024 at Parc Bédard. It will then be available in many local shops, bars and restaurants from December 2024, and throughout 2025.
