Recognition and Support of Organizations

The Policy for the Recognition and Support of Organizations (037) is a frame of reference for non-profit organizations recognized by the Town or wishing to be recognized, and which are involved in one or more areas of intervention such as recreation, sport, culture and socio-community activities.

It notably aims to:

[1.] provide the Town with a frame of reference to harmonize the various forms of support and to guide decision making;

[2.] contribute to the diversity, complementarity and quality of the services offered to citizens;

[3.] recognize the contribution of organizations and volunteers in order to encourage and support community initiatives for developing the services offered;

[4.] Promote optimal and equitable use of resources based on a modulation of available resources, the nature of the needs expressed and the Town's priorities.

Types of support

Once your organization has been approved and recognized by the Town (mandatory), you can also take advantage of financial support by filling out an application form.

Organizations can benefit from one or several types of support.
