Teen camp

Teen camp is for young people aged 12 to 15.

Schedule

Wednesday June 25 to Friday August 15

1 week of 3 days, Wednesday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
7 weeks of 5 days, Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

No daycare services offered.

Pricing

Prices include taxes. Weekly fees only. No fees for part-time attendance.

Materials required

Here are the things your teenager should have in his backpack every day:

• Lunch (cold or hot, two microwaves are available)
• Snacks
• Sunscreen and insect repellent 
• Reusable water bottle (we have access to a fountain for refilling)

Modifications

All new registrations, changes to existing registrations or additions to the schedule must be made by 4:30 p.m. on the Wednesday of the week prior to the week in question.
There is no guarantee of availability.

The responsible parent can also add or move a week (when we have spaces available), in one of the following ways:

Payment options

PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD

• Is made during the online registration
• Payment of the full registration fee.

PAYMENT BY DEBIT CARD

• At Community Centre, 1301 Rue du Bois), during regular opening hours (Monday to Thursday - 8 a.m. to noon and 12:45 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., Friday - 8 a.m. to noon)

PAIEMENT IN CASH

• On the day of registration, once online registration has been completed
• Payment of the full registration fee
  
• Insert the total amount in a sealed envelope, clearly indicating the child's name (or children) on it and place it in the library’s book drop (1301, Rue du Bois)

Refund policy

1. Parents who have already registered will have until Sunday, June 1^st, 2025 at noon to modify their registration.
   
   *except in the event of the death of a member of the registrant's immediate family, the loss of employment of one of the registrant's parents, a change in custody of the registrant to one of the registrant's parents, or the registrant's mandatory participation in a course required by an educational institution for the purpose of continuing school activities.
   
   
2. Administration fees (15% for a maximum of $75) are applicable.
   
   
3. No refunds will be made after the activity has begun, unless the request is made for a medical or a physical incapacity to continue the camp.
   
   
4. The request for reimbursement is for a full week where the registrant is absent from the activity. In other words, no reimbursement is made on a daily basis.
