Physical Fitness Training

January 20th to May 16th, 2025  

APP Optimal fitness offers several fitness classes, day and evening such as Zumba, Pilates, Pilates with ball, 20-20-20, and much more.

  • 12 years and older
  • Residents and non-residents 
  • Minimum of 12 participants
  • Equipment required: water bottle

  • Schedule

  • From January 20 to May 16, 2025
  • Zumba: Mondays 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., Wednesdays 7 p.m. to 8 p.m., Fridays 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
  • Pilates : Tuesday 6.45 p.m. to 7.45 p.m. , Wednesday 10 a.m. to 11 a.m.
  • 20-20-20 : Wednesday 6.30 p.m. to 7.30 p.m., Thursday 10 a.m. to 11 a.m.
  • Weight training, strengthening: Wednesday, 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.


No classes March 3 to 7 and April 14 to 18


Cost

  • $140 for 1 class/week over 15 weeks
  • $225 for 2 class/week over 15 weeks
  • $320 for 3 class/week over 15 weeks
