Yin Yoga for 50 Years and Older

Yin yoga is a form of yoga that works the finer muscles and tissues of the body. In yin yoga, each posture is held longer. Holding yoga poses helps create space to open up the deeper tissues of the body, as well as gently stretching muscles and tendons. These tissues, when stretched, reduce stiffness and release tension around the muscles.
- 50 years and older
- Residents only
- Materials required: yoga mat, blanket and cushion (optional)
- Maximum of 20 participants
- After 2 consecutive absences, the place will be given to the next person on the waiting list.
