Swimming and aquafitness registrations

Come and take advantage of the swimming and aquafitness classes offered at Parc nature les Forestiers-de-Saint-Lazare.

Schedule

• Swimming (4 months to 14 years)
  Saturday or Sunday
  From Saturday, June 21 to Sunday, August 10, 2025
  Between 8:15 a.m. and 1:15 p.m. - depending on your child's age and group level

• Aquafitness (18 years and older):
  Monday, June 23 to July 28 from 9 a.m. to 9:55 a.m.

• Senior Aquafitness (60 years and over):
  From June 28 to August 1, 2025
  Wednesday and Friday from 8 a.m. to 8:55 a.m.
  Wednesday   from 9 a.m. to 9:55 a.m. — FULL

    Friday from 9 a.m. to 9:55 a.m.

Costs

Swimming - parent and child 1-2-3 preschool 1 to 5 , swimmer 1 and 2 (8 classes of 30 minutes):

• $50 for the 1^st child
• $47.50 for the 2^nd child registered in the same family
• $45 for the 3^rd child registered in the same family and all subsequent children

Swimming - Swimmer 3, 4 and 5 (8 classes of 45 minutes)

• $75 for the 1^st child
• $71 for the 2^nd child registered in the same family
• $68 for the 3^rd child registered in the same family and all subsequent children

Aquafitness (6 classes of 50 minutes)

• $38 for the 60 years old and over
• $50 for the 18 years old and over
