Offices closed (holidays)
In 2022, the administrative offices are closed:
- May: Monday, May 23 (National Patriot Day)
- June: Friday, June 24 (Fête nationale du Québec)
- July: Friday, July 1 (Canada Day)
- September: Monday, September 5 (Labour Day)
- October: Monday, October 10 (Thanksgiving)
- December to January: Christmas holidays from Saturday, December 24 to Sunday, January 1st inclusive
Outside of regular hours (evenings and weekends) and holidays:
- Dial 3-1-1 for municipal interventions that cannot wait for offices to reopen, for example, watermain break, sewer backups, road hazards, etc.
- For non-urgent municipal interventions, you can complete an online request. Speed, efficiency, tracking number, everything is in place for quality service! These requests are processed when the offices open.

Town service counters
In light of the most recent instructions issued by the government and in order to limit the spread of the virus within the municipal team, municipal services will be accessible by appointment only.
If you wish to meet with a staff member in any of the public buildings, please:
- You are invited to call before meeting with a service or an employee. The contact information is available below.
- Follow health instructions (wash your hands, wear a mask and maintain a physical distance)
- Show, without symptoms, at the meeting address
Where possible, choose the following options first:
- Complete an online request, call or email
- Make any tax payment through your financial institution
- Use the drop-box located on the right side of the Town hall’s front doors for any payment by cheque (1960 Chemin Sainte-Angélique)
Outside regular office hours, please dial 311 for a watermain break, a sewage backup, a road hazard, snow removal operations or any problem with a residual material collection.
Nature park and library
The Parc nature les Forestiers-de-Saint-Lazare, including the site, the reception and rental chalets as well as the municipal library remain open. The library team continues to offer contact-free loans.
