Time
You must place your bin before 7 a.m. on the day of the pickup or after 8 p.m. the night before.

Setting out your bin or bins (you must follow these instructions)
Recycling is automated for 6500 residences.
It is therefore essential that you follow these instructions :

·	place your bin or bins in your private entrance at least 5 feet from the side of the road to avoid any damage to your bins by the snow clearing crew and at a maximum of 7 feet from the road because of the length of the truck’s mechanical arm.
·	If you have 2 bins, place them 2 feet apart to allow the arm to grab each bin
·	do not place your bins on snow banks
·	do not dispose of any recyclables on the lid of the bins
·	do not dispose of any recyclables by the side of the bin
·	bin lids MUST be closed
·	Failing to follow these instructions could mean your bin will not be emptied.

To get your 360-litre bin
Each residence is entitled to one free bin. The bin remains the Town’s property, has a serial number and is assigned to a specific address. If you move, you must leave your bin behind.

For big recyclers, you may get a second bin for $80.

Home delivery
To get your bin delivered at your home, call the municipal garage at 450 455-4664. A guide as well as all necessary explanations will be included in the bin with your delivery.
