In public buildings, i.e. hotels, schools, reception halls, hospitals as well as assistance centres, it is forbidden to use coniferous trees (fir, pine, spruce) or their branches as ornamental elements.

It is equally forbidden to use banners such as decorative papers which can ignite, unless it sufficiently flame-resistant.
