HEALTH CHALLENGE is going live on the internet this year!

Sunday, May 3, 2020, from 10:15 to 11 a.m.

This outdoor training session live on Facebook will last 45 minutes and will introduce you to physical activity. The activity is free. This activity is part of the Défi santé, provincial campaign, promoteing healthy lifestyle habits.

Free play badminton

Location : Westwood Junior High (2800 Rue du Bordelais)
Tuesdays from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m. (starting Tuesday, January 14th)
Fridays from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m. (starting Friday, January 17th)

Only the nets are supplied. Please bring your own racket.

Residents only. Please bring your resident ID card (carte du citoyen).

*** Please note that the Saint-Lazare Sports Complex has replaced the synthetic surface.

It will now be prohibited for anyone other than players in equipment to set foot on the synthetic surface, and for the players to chew gum, eat or drink near the field.
