60 minutes outdoor training session

On Sunday, March 25th, over 50 municipalities in Québec will hold the event «Rendez-vous actif DÉFI SANTÉ». The event is for all ages and all physical condition. Your are invited to come and move with the music! This outdoor training session will last 60 minutes and will introduce you to physical activity. The activity is free. This activity is part of the Défi santé, provincial campaign, promoteing healthy lifestyle habits.

Subscription for a Cardio Plein Air session.

Welcoming the participants: 10:20 a.m.
Training: 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
End of the activity: noon

2017 Health Challenge: another success! the Town congratulates all the participants

From March 30 to May 10, participants were invited to perform simple 3 daily actions, in order to achieve 3 objectives:

- Goal 5: Eat at least 5 servings of fruits and vegetables per day;

- Goal 30: Move at least 30 minutes a day. And for young people, it's at least 60!;

- Objective Balance: promote your sleep every day.

The Town invites you to keep these objectives in mind, and apply them all year long!

Tennis & Pickleball

Residents can get a key in order to use the tennis courts at the Service des loisirs et de la vie communautaire (Recreation department)., starting March 15th, 2018.

Cost are as followed:
15 $ per family- 2 keys
10 $ per adult - 1 key
8 $ for senior (60 years old and over) - 1 key
5 $ per child (under 18 years old) - 1 key

There is no other fees for the tennis court reservation.

3 ways to reserve a tennis court

• ONLINE: - MUST DO 24 hours in advance and before 4:30 p.m.

• To reserve a court on Saturday, Sunday and/or Monday, please reserve on Friday before 4:30 p.m. MUST HAVE YOUR VALID CITIZEN CARD (Carte du citoyen).

• By phone: 450-424-8000 ext. 220. Only 24 hours in advance and before 4:30 p.m. (To reserve a court on Saturday, Sunday and/or Monday, please call on Friday, before 4:30 p.m.)

• In person : simply write down your name next to the wishing hours on the board at the tennis court

Rules and guidelines
• Tennis courts may only be booked for one hour per day.
• Children under 16 years of age can’t book a court for use after 7 p.m.
• Check the availability of the tennis court online:

Pickleball court at Parc Blueberry Hill (Rue Blueberry Hill)
You can reserve pickleball court at Parc BlueBerry Hill. This court is not lit.
