On Thursday, August 24, 2017, services offered by the Urban planning and environment departments as well as the administration (reception, taxation) located at the Complexe Professionnel (1967 Chemin Sainte-Angélique) will be reduced et their services counters completely closed on Friday, August 25 while they transit to their new facilities at the Town Hall. Their doors will reopen at 1:45 p.m. on Monday, August 28, 2017 at 1960 Chemin Sainte-Angélique.
Also in transition to the new Town Hall on Friday, August 25th will be the head office personnel as well as the Mayor’s team (currently located at the Community Centre at 1301 Rue du Bois). Their offices will also reopen at 1:45 p.m. on Monday, August 28th.
The other municipal teams, including HR, IT services, the Town clerk’s office and the communication services, will have completed their move by Friday, September 8th. In order to avoid going to the wrong location, please contact us first or visit http://www.ville.saint-lazare.qc.ca/en/heures to see where we are at in terms of the move to our new facilities. Unless otherwise specified, Council meetings will continue to be held at the Community centre until the new hall can accommodate visitors.Appointment is necessary by calling at 450-424-8000 ext. 221.
