Residents of Saint-Lazare (men and women) 18 years of age or older are welcome to come play a game of pool at the Saint-Lazare Community Centre, St- Charles Room. Pool cues are provided. Free.

Complexe Sportif Saint-Lazare (1850 Rue des Loisirs)
Saint-Lazare has its own walking group! Our walk begins at the Saint-Lazare Sports Complex (1850 Rue des loisirs) and takes us over 6 km (approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes) through La Plantation and Bordelais streets as well as along Chemin Sainte-Élisabeth and Avenue Bédard. Note that the distance can be reduced to accommodate your abilities or availability. No registration required.

Are you 65 years of age or older? Are you independent and wish to remain so for as long as possible? A volunteer trained to host the Viactive sessions will guide you through a series of exercises designed to help you stay independent and living at home.
A minimum of 10 participants is required for the course to be held. The maximum number of participants is 25.

Are you 50 years of age or older? Can you cycle between 15 and 20 km/h? Do you enjoy cycling for fun while visiting surrounding areas? Are you also comfortable cycling on the side of the road? Are you an independent and responsible cyclist?
Join us during our 2 to 4-hour (occasionally 5-hour) cycling trips. Note that outings may be cancelled in the event of rain or if the road is wet.
