SAINT-LAZARE (Québec) – November 17, 2008
Ville de Saint-Lazare Recreation Department invite young and not so
young to participate in the various activities of the Christmas
Celebrations from Friday, December 5 to Sunday, December 7, 2008
which details you will find below.
Teen Dance – December 5
You’re a 7th, 8th or 9th grade student? Then, join us dressed in white
and black on Friday, December 5, 2008 from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. at
Community Centre (1301 Rue du Bois, Saint-Lazare). Door admission is $1
per person. We will ask you for a proof of age. Also, remind your
parents that they MUST WITHOUT EXCEPTION pick you up INSIDE the
community centre as soon as the dance is over, at 11 p.m. or earlier.
And don’t forget to thank all those volunteer parents and Club Richelieu
members who watch out for you safety and make this event possible!
See you soon!
Food Drive – December 6
Volunteers will go to your door on Saturday, December 6, 2008 starting
at 9 a.m. If you’re out, leave your well identified “Food Drive”
donation package (non perishable food items, money and toys) on your front balcony.

Christmas Show followed by Santa’s Surprises – December 7
On Sunday, December 7 at 10 a.m. be there! Christmas will never be the
same as it once was! The Circus Cowboys have added a little craziness to
the mix during their Christmas Eve preparations (target audience: kids
aged 4 to 11). Will they be ready on time for Christmas? They are
clumsy, they are dreamers, and naive, but mostly they are funny! Santa
Clause will greet your kids (aged 0 to 12) with cute surprises after the
show. Kids will also have the opportunity
to decorate their own Gingerbread cookie.
Residents will receive all the information by mail during the week of
November 24, 2008. In the meantime, consult Town’s Website at
www.ville.saint-lazare.qc.ca. For more information,
contact the Recreation Department at 450-424-2999, extension 221. |
